Art and crafts are an intrinsic aspect here for many reasons that include making a living. There is an art studio and workshop with a small gallery for exhibitions, meetings and projects.

We would love to participate in the development of traditional art and crafts within the local community and are working together with others to explore such opportunities.

Throughout the world the traditional crafts and development of skills employed in the making of pottery, willow baskets, metalwork, and textiles and so on through to the arts of cooking and structure making have enrichened and distinguished the nature of each community across the world and tell the story of our evolving cultures back through the centuries.

That we keep alive these skills for the enhancement of our community here will also provide a valuable opportunity for participation and learning for many others into the future.
